I did a new WOD that I made up. It's for time, and it includes a CF Challenge!
21-15-9
.5 Bwt Dumbbell Thrusters
Ring Pull-ups
24" Box Jump
.25 Bwt Dumbbell Snatch (21-15-9 on each side, switch sides as much as you like)
I did this in 18:11 Trust me, you won't have to be that good to beat this time.

Looks fun. I'll see if I can get a box jump set up in the weight room to give it a shot.

It is fun. Wasn't it you who suggested that box jumps and db snatches were good rest day moves? I was searching for it earlier but I couldn't remember where I saw it. Anyway, if that was you then you should know that you partly created this workout...
