i have a question about timing the WOD...
i see for "Angie" today several people posted times of 15-16 minutes & reported doing broken sets of 10 for most exercises. Were supposed to count ALL the time both working and resting right???? How can you do broken sets and keep it that fast?? maybe i'm just a wuss....

Bob, everyone has to break larger sets. The fast times are coming from people who could crank off 40-60 pull ups, so 10 is not that taxing. 15 - 30 seconds is MAX rest for people with blazing times. They drop, shake their arms, jump back up and whip off another 10 pull ups in less than 15 seconds. The key to quick times in this Benchmark is getting the pull ups done quick. After that, sets go up to 25-50 reps, squats and push ups are fast. Keep working and you'll be there.
