Hey everyone. Just started CrossFitting about a month and a half ago and I'm hooked......totally destroyed, but hooked, hah.

I've been easing into the Zone diet this last week and was wondering what I should be eating before I work out, how long before I workout should I eat and what should I eat. I eat lunch about 5 hours before I workout and eat my next meal about an hour after I workout. I'm totally new to all this and I apologize if this has already been covered, but there is SOOOOO much info out there and in these forums I think my head is about to explode!

Do a board search for "Pre workout and post-workout meals". =)

George: To be fair, even those who've tried searching, the search function on here isn't very easy to use. It took me a while to get used to it, and I still don't get the results I know I'm looking for, when I know a thread is there. It's just part of this forum software I guess, but moving to a new one would likely result in the death of tons of our stored information.
