Jelly for example, I love a P&J every now and again. I'm using this food as an example, but I hope it applies to most foods. Is is better to get low sugar, or no sugar or to go natural.
Also a food like sour cream. No fat, low or natural?

When food products are processed into something different then their "natural" state is it moire unhealthy?

Depending on the degree of committment...
Peanuts are evil.
Sugar is evil.
Dairy is evil.

Also the bread you made your sandwich with...You guessed it: evil.

I say this somewhat in jest. But not completely.
