Getting ready for a competition

HI everyone,
My next competition will be on Aug the 13th. I will be doing box jump 20", kb swings 35lbs. and sand bag carry unknown weight. I also would be doing cleans (Max) plus other WODs . I can only jump 18' box jump, 25 lbs kbs and carry 40 lbs. How many days of training I have to do to get ready for the competition? Do you think I can be ready for Aug? Any suggestions? My clean max is 75 lbs.

Re: Getting ready for a competition

very little information was given about your training age. your height, weight, knowledge of crossfit etc. so its going to be hard for anyone to sort of gauge an idea of how well you can do progress.... and im not sure if you a male/female/troll...... clara giffin ends with thanks patty?

Re: Getting ready for a competition

Have you been training on any sort of a regular basis? If not, why are you going to compete at something where you'll be expected to do lots of reps of movements at weights that are currently beyond your 1RM? Good recipe for an injury there.

What advice have your coaches given you?
