18 inch pancake and other crazy food challenges

So at this dinner today I found a 18 inch pancake and it said if you can eat it all by yourself it is free, it was 9 bucks for it so wasnt to bad price wise.

Re: 18 inch pancake and other crazy food challenges

That would be delicious! Even better if it was a waffle

There's no challenge (er..reward), but the local 24hr greasy spoon in Seattle is Beth's Cafe, which has a 12 egg omelet with bottomless hashbrowns.

I used to eat the 12 egg omelet, full plate of hashbrowns, 4-6 cups of coffee, and a milkshake at 2am when I was in college. Since then I've grown smarter and only eat the 6 egg omelet...

I saw that on "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives," the place isn't too far from me, might try it one day. If you fasted for a day you could probably do it. Try it after an XC meet and think of it as "glycogen replenishment."
