Re: Today I Weighed In at 199.6 "OnederLand Baby"

Awesome job! I checked out your website, and it's so scale focused. I know that's what drew you here, but I want to see your workout log on there! Throw that on your stats page.

It's kind of ironic, we both started gaining weight at about the same time. It was the end of 2004 that was the beginning of my downfall. I weighed 125 pounds at 5'4" and then it all went downhill from there. I peaked out at 165 pounds a few times this year, starting last Christmas. Then I started CF in the middle of August this year.

You're going to see huge gains in the 10 areas of fitness, and the weight is going to fall off in the beginning, but the more you lose, the more nutrition is going to determine just how much more you can lose. Keep that in mind.

Oh, and a clue I picked up from a few of the ladies on here: no matter how tempting it is, unless money really isn't an object for you, go easy on buying the skinnier clothes. Hopefully your closet is already stocked with all your in between clothes and you didn't get rid of them! I have everything from 12 down to 4. I'm going to be Good Willing my bigger clothes as I don't need them anymore. No need to hang onto something I'll never wear again!

Keep up the good work and I'll keep checking in on your website. I love your choice for URL!

(Just to let you know, you misspelled the URL for your MySpace page on your website, so the linky no worky.)

Gayle,

Do NOT stop, whatever you do. Not that you would, but I'm just another stranger to say "Don't Stop!"..... You prove that hard work and believing it can be done will produce results.

Great job... SO FAR! You're on your way to elite fitness and a long life.

Awesome job! I remember when I first went under that 200 mark and it is indeed an awesome feeling and great accomplishment. Keep up the good work!

Great Work!

Make sure you read everything you can on the zone and paleo diets. With the right amount of blocks and the right foods, you could speed up the fat loss even more.

Good luck and keep us posted!
