Re: Today I Weighed In at 199.6 "OnederLand Baby"

Gayle, I was just going this thread for the first time and all I can say is WOW You are such an inspiration, not only for crossfitters, but anyone who wants to take their health and fitness into their own hands. Your determination and commitment is fantastic. Keep up the great work and now that I have found this thread, I will keep watching for updates on your progress.

Re: Today I Weighed In at 199.6 "OnederLand Baby"

Thanks for the update, Gayle, and congratulations on the baby!

Miss the WoDs ehh? Yeah, I would too if I had to take a layoff from the intensity. Of course there is http://crossfitmom.com/ (WFS) to give you at least a LITTLE taste of the koolaid, right? Even if you can't let yourself get out of breath in that way we all love/hate.

We all wish you the best of luck for your new baby. Keep us posted on how everything goes!
