I've tried it a couple times on the rower and it's awful, to say the least. Only ever been on an Airdyne once but never had a working monitor so I can't compare. This is probably one of the worst WODs ever !

Good luck, I know guys have done it over on OPT and they get a free T-shirt I think.

It's brutal. I've seen very few people do it, and I am also far from it.

I like to use it as a "tester" every couple months. It's more of a mental, lactic buildup/how much pain you can tolerate than anything else.

Love the AirDyne.

It's amazingly difficult and awful. I got 176. People have no idea about the Airdyne. It is a great training tool that is virtually absent in most CF gyms. If they do have them it's usually a sign that they are using OPT-based programming and actually training hard. Some dude on OPT's site got 605 in 20 min. Animal.

Agree 100%. Wish these were more popular. Cheaper than a rower, just maybe not as easy to "put away", but WELL worth the money.

605? Really? That is insane!!
