Nike Romaleos inserts..

I ordered my first pair of Olys last week, and received my Nike Romaleo2's and they have an extra set of insoles, but not sure which ones I should be using.
Any help or personal testimonies would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Nike Romaleos inserts..

There's a training insole, which is more flexible... and a comp insole, which is stiffer. Use whichever you like. I have never used the flexible ones in mine... even during training.

I also only use the harder competition inserts in my Romaleos all of the time the other ones are pointless IMO

Re: Nike Romaleos inserts..

I initially used the training inserts which kept my heel seated better (at lease deeper in the shoe I suppose). I now wear the comp inserts but it took me little while to feel comfortable in them.

I don't think you will notice any difference in performance just whatever one feels best for you.

The shoes are awesome by the way, great purchase.

Best of luck.

Stu
