Oblique pull?

Did the CFT yesterday and on my last max deadlift rep (a PR) I felt something really grab on my right side about 2-3 inches above my belly button and under the ribcage. It wasn't a sharp pain, but more of a grabbing sensation. This morning, I woke up and it's decently sore, not horrible at all, though certain body positions hurt more than others.

Any idea what it is? Did I pull an oblique? In any case, how should I go forward with training? I have seen incredible gains with CrossFit, and I'd hate to go down for a few weeks, but of course don't want to be stupid about it. Any help would be great.

Probably strained it.

I'd rest for a couple days and see how it does... massage and ice.. then heat tend to work decently.

Evaulate every couple days yeah.
