So I'm sorry if this has been asked, probably has or similar but I couldn't find it.

I've been doing the zone for a while now...was training for a pL competition so had to eat more blocks/ fat of course. I got really strong but a bit too much mass for me to be comfortable in my own skin. Im trying to lean down from that, and dropped it down a few blocks and cut carbs. My performance SUCKS. I'm assuming this will change once I feel I have leaned out enough and can up fat. Anyone else experience this?

Re: performance?

You may be adjusting to the ratios.

Go to the performance menu and download Robb Wolf's article "42 Ways to Skin The Zone".

You should be restricted enough that the carbs shouldn't be an issue.

I personally don't handle carbs that well, but am considering going back to the Zone with 1/2 my carb blocks PWO... check that article out though.

It should help you out quite a bit.
