BW+ Powerclean

Today was my second day getting some oly coaching from Keith at CFNYC...

I worked up to 145lbs for a triple, and then attempted 155lbs, but only got two. i weigh between 145-150lbs.

a little over a year and a half ago i couldn't even DL 155lbs...so i'd say i'm pretty happy with my progress : )

have you tried doing max effort regular cleans? why power cleans? good job with the o-lifts, im sure you will continue to surprise yourself with progress, especially with personal coaching on your lifts.

Yeah, i'm still working on those. i have issues with under-the-bar commitment it doesn't seem to happen as much with snatches, but i think it's caused by the fact that my FS sucks big time.

The catch is arguable the hardest part of a power clean.
