Even if they don't train people like you, they can reveal their busy hours.

Each town will have it's own pulse. You can do trail and error or you can cheat and see when everyone else is busy.

Hope you guys don't mind, this is a little Change in topic but for the same target group...teen athletes.

Teens being teens, I'm always over thinking Rx weight for the WODS...

How do you guys one up with Rx weights for teens bracket?

I may be misunderstanding the question a little here.

I tend to apply a formula depending on
- Desired training outcome
- Reps
- Equipment I have to play with

Happy to walk through with you what I do, if this sounds like it answers your question.
