There isn't one. I'm more or less self-coached, with the exception of some help from some pretty nice guys and gals on the forum here.

Heavy (175)x(f,f,1) - Kept missing it forward, the rep I made was walked out. I kept jumping backwards which caused me to miss everything. Damn feet.

Clean/Jerk
60%(135)x2+1
70%(157.5)x2+1
80%(180)x2+1
Heavy (200)x(f,f,1) - Lost the cleans forward. Overall front foot wasn't far enough on the jerk.

Back Squat
75%(230)x3x5

I'm interested. And I appreciate the offer. But as a university student, I have no money left to spend. Perhaps in the future I might pursue professional online coaching.
