There isn't one. I'm more or less self-coached, with the exception of some help from some pretty nice guys and gals on the forum here.

Sept 13th
Snatch 60%(115)x2 70%(135)x2 80%(155)x2 [f(OX)] Heavy (165)x1 Heavy (175)x(f,f,1) - Kept missing it forward, the rep I made was walked out. I kept jumping backwards which caused me to miss everything. Damn feet. Clean/Jerk 60%(135)x2+1 70%(157.5)x2+1 80%(180)x2+1 Heavy (200)x(f,f,1) - Lost the cleans forward.
