Looking for Soy Free, Lactose Free, Artifical Sweetner Free protein powder

Does any one use a protein power that fits the criteria in the title. I've done some digging and been able to find 2/3 but not all 3.

Go to True Protein.com. Be forewarned that protein powders without soy lecithin as an emulsifier do not mix well.

PeptoPro fits the bill, but it is expensive and not a general use protein powder.

I looked at the beef, whey, and Egg proteins on trueprotein and they all contained soy lecithin

I spent a lot of time looking before I found Biochem Whey Isolate Natural flavour (all of the flavoured kinds have sweetners). Unfortunately, they don't specify if the lecithin is from soy or not, but since its not noted as "soy free" I can only assume it is from soy. Regardless, definitely one of the least offensive nutritional contents I found for high protein AND low carb. It looks like the Vegan Protein they sell might meet your requirements, unless you are concerned with carbs.

Ill look into the Vegan Protein. In my experience though Lecithin almost always mean Soy Lecithin.

You will probably have to email any company about soy lecithin. Just do it, since I couldn't find anything on it at ProteinFactory.

50lb bag of hemp protein powder. Its not all protein, a 100g serving also contains some fat, carbs, and 17g of fiber along with 49g protein. But are those really negatives? Throw in some fruit and EVOO and its a meal.

Re: Looking for Soy Free, Lactose Free, Artifical Sweetner Free protein powder

i am also looking at a healthier replacment for cheaper protien powder. i have never tried peptopro can someone fill me in on how it tasts, mixes, and how quicly it absorbs. I read a short description of the process and it seems like something i moght try. Kevin can you explain why its not a general use protien powder, that is if there is such a thing as general use protien.
