Is there a compendium of the free downloads from the CFJ, or is there a way to filter a search to peruse the articles that are free of charge?

Go to the crossfit journal site and it will tell you witch ones are free

Jeff- There doesn't appear to be a way to separate out the free stuff.

You DO have a subscription don't you?!?

First of all, puns are awesome.

Second, yes I do have a subscription. Someone recently started coming to me for fitness advice. We correspond online, so I
a) can't print stuff out for her
b) don't want to give out my password
c) don't really expect her to dive into the Kool-Aid just yet and shell out for her own subscription
