My skipper kicking my butt at our Murph race. He claims it was his first CF workout ever.

Re: Seen at the globo yesterday

Just an update- my female client now has 8 chin-ups in the bag. It really is as simple as just getting on the bar and pulling.

Re: Seen at the globo yesterday

Seen at my globo (which in fairness is acyually a world class olympic trainnig venue, but it is open to the public and is affiliated to my university, and thus attracts idiots)

A scenester dude (Morrisey hair-doo, thick glasses etc) on a stationary bike (the kind that is reclined, more like a stationary peddle-car) and on is lap is A MACBOOK.

I presume it is okay for me to beat him to death with a kettlebell?

It was pretty awesome.
I should start a global campaign to make these stickers and put them in all gyms.

Re: Seen at the globo yesterday

Saw a trainer put his clients feet on a bench, and hands on the smith machine bar about 5 feet away, the bar was at the same height as the bench. He then had his client do pushups. I could see no need to have the client use the bench and bar as he was just doing pushups.
