Wed- light warm up.

Squat snatch dumbell and ohs- 10-80#

Thrusters- 50+ with 100#

S2O- 100# for about 30 reps.

Rowing 5k some efforts in the 20 cal per min pace.

Lunges just to check in- 30,40,50# db.

Cat nap. Got some food and headed home.

Wonder what the 3 workout choices are going to be. I would bet same movements just pick between duration and or reps.

You should be able to jump up the leaderboard this week.... and the best thing about it for you is that this is just for fun...
