Attaching word doc's

I was trying to attach a word doc that is 28kb, but using the attach button there is a limit of 19.5. Is there a way to attach a larger one or shrink the one i have ?? I noticed Eugene posted a doc with all his evil workouts in it, that was quite a large file. How did he do it ??

Thankyou

Sam

Re: Attaching word doc's

One solution would be to "zip" (compress) it first. You can download free software (most common is WinZip) to do so. Readers would need to have software to reverse that, but, again, the software is generally free and widely available.

Re: Attaching word doc's

Windows XP and Vista come with the ability to zip and unzip a .zip file.

If you go to the file, right click it and go to "Send to..."

You should see "Compressed (zipped) folder".

And there you have it!

Re: Attaching word doc's

I've upped the limit on doc, pdf and zip files.
