Dude! No doubt. When handstand push-ups aren't regularly practiced they go downhill fast.


IT'S OVERRRRRR!! It actually wasn't as bad as I figured it would be but I am tired of squatting and my hips are mad tight now.

So I took like two months off but at the end of that Smolov cycle I had the same issues with tight hips and mobility. To the point where it was starting to have an impact on my Oly lifting. I started to have valgus collapse in my right leg in the bottom of my catch during snatches. I'm almost positive it was a mobility issue. Having not squatted or lifted anything my mobility has significantly improved but strength has decreased. Key is to get the strength back and keep the mobility where it's at.
