really trying to work on starting pos getting back straighter, have widen my stance and raised my hips slightly, need to work on hip mob i think and lower back strength

2 cleans @ 90kg
This was good, going to try and work on this over next few weeks and hit 100kg before hol (29th Aug) - shins got caught and where bleeding like hll

AMDid a running session at lunch time
4x4 min@14.5kph 2mins a 8kph
4x1 min @ 16.5 1 min rest
Pretty hard going, felt my calfs getting worked hard and had a major sweat on!

PMSn.DL + Hang Sn Double (working on really getting tight from the floor, changed hand pos in slightly to allow for a more stronger lower back however to avoid smshing my pubic bone i really need to focus on tightening up through spine!)

Stopped there and completely fell out with myself. 105 miss!!!!!! not happy, however felt really tired.

Again, really really poor weights! had managed (mid way through off-season) to hit 130kg for 3 reps in front squat but now loads have went WAY down
I have lost 6 kg and ave been doing a ton more metcon/running though!
