First real workout

Here is my first real workout. I thought I had more weight but 80 is the max

warm up 3 rounds of
10 pushups
15 air squats
5 pull ups(chair assisted)
10 situps

workout 3 rounds of 10 12 10
bench press 50 70 80
deadlift 50 70 80
squats 50 70 80
sumo deadlift high pull 50 70 80
Gonna hurt tomorrow
Never got for my 2km jog, humidex 38, tomorrow is not looking any better.

Jeff's Workout

3 rounds each of
12 pullups(chair assisted)
12 pushups
12 mountain climbers
4:30

2.5 klm jog 15:41

So far I am pleased, got through it any ways...lol

Another day in, had the weekend off, just done a few pushups.

Tonight
3 rounds each of
12 pullups
12 pushups
12 situps
12 weight 40lb squats

2.5 klm jog 14:41, took a full minute of Friday nights job
situps were a lot easier tonight, will have to tack on a few more.
