I am still shacking my head. I don't get it, these providers of Certifications are really looking up what is CF and then cutting and pasting on their sites like it was their coined idea!

In fairness, CrossFit attributes the "10 components" model of fitness to Jim Cawley of Dynamax. And that IFPA site has a few differences, such as including body composition as one of the 10. I didn't see anything else, but I only skimmed it.
At least those people aren't just creating a mirror site like GFit or whatever that was...

Two things, one: the gym i am going to be working at told me i have to be certified from ifpa and two: where it says "Suck your belly button to your backbone" and "80% of the body weight over the balls of the feet" doesn't that sound wrong to you?
