What do you use to log workouts?

I was just wondering what folks out there use to log workouts.

Beyond the White Board... although I am about to switch to doing a lot of O-lifts so I am not sure... I may just use a note book!

Beyond the Whiteboard website is awesome. After the iPod apps all crapped out, I went to something reliable.

After I posted this, I put some thought in and blogged about it. I personally use Evernote but I am now thinking about switching over to this method:

+1 for beyondthewhiteboard. Graphs, stats, power calculation, meal log, journal notes, searchable, clean, publishes to facebook, low cost, max tracking. Great.
