Rotator cuff ?

While doing muscle ups a couple days ago I really struggled to get my last one and got real deep in my dip when I came up. I felt a slight pop in my shoulder and am having some pretty noticeable pain in my right shoulder blah blah blah hurts to do anything overhead. I'm guessing rotator cuff strain, anybody else dealt with anything likes this ? For now I guess it's rest and Advil

Get it evaluated. Could be many many things which Advil is not the answer for.

I agree, get it checked out first then report back and let us know what happened.

Re: Rotator cuff ?

Would a chiropractor be totally out of the question ? I have a local guy here that deals with a lot of professional and college athletes ... Or should I go straight to an orthopedic doc.

Not at all. If it's a chiro that works with alot of pro/college athletes, that seems like a good place to start.
