Lately when I bench press I feel a lot of pain in my wrists. I woke up two weeks ago with pains in my wrists and fingers and it has affected my grip on the bar in almost all exercises but mostly the bench press. At first I thought it was due to the fact I had to write 30 page paper for a final the week before but am now thinking maybe it is due to bad form. I was just wondering if anyone had similar experiences or had any advice on what I could do to help with the pain.

Yes, and what helped me immensely was switching to a thumbless (false) grip. Give it a whirl but be careful if you are going heavy (use a spotter).
For press-ups, do 'em on your knuckles for a bit as this puts less stress on the wrist.
Also, make sure you do some wrist stretching exercises as part of your warm up.

The experts including Rippetoe say to NEVER use a false grip on the bench. Maybe with a spotter but even then if a bar slips out of your grip, even a spotter won't catch it before your neck is mashed.

I have wrist pain in my right hand from hitting the heavy bag it felt fine after two weeks of doing nothing but as soon as I tried a light hang clean it started hurting again. I was wondering if anyone knows anyway of healing this?
