Sorry I didn't make it, I woke up at 10 on the nose, was no way I was going to make it even for a late showing. I'm leaving for Fort Benning GA on friday, won't be back until the middle of September. Hope to be able to get back with you guys when I come back.

Anthony - Thanks for following up. It is a funny story, but I lost the space as we were signing the lease. There are two owners and the older one did not like the fact that we would have housewives training there...He became upset about the possibility of being sued. Within 27 minutes of me getting there, it fell apart.

The new place will be off of 595 and University in Plantation. I have submitted the application and should know something by the middle of this week. If the app is approved, they will give me a short term lease. I have my eye on a 4000sf place....hopefully, it grows enough so I can get the larger place when it is available in 6 months.

I'll keep you posted as to what is happening!

Im interested in joining. where can i get directions? I just moved back here so I don't know the area too too well. what will your monthly fees be? and if your place is too far south, does anyone know of any crossfit gyms in palm beach? i was glad to find a crossfit southflorida. but then i searched through this board and found the guy running it moved. he should take his website down lol.

Bump.. anyone up for a WOD sometime?

I'm back on SS trying to get strength levels up and doing some minor stuff additionally.. in a few months looking to get back into crossfit full force, possibly with a strength bias.

How has everyone been ?
