I may be going to Orlando on Saturday, but I will be up for a not too early wod on Sunday. If I don't go to Orlando, I will be having a Staurday WOD at Heritage Park....keep me posted.

Probably looking at a 10AM workout. I'd rather do them earlier to beat the heat but it may be more difficult for some people to wake up that early.:stir:

p.s. a shout out to Rusty and Tanya(don't kill me if I spelled it wrong) they got hitched a little while ago. They came out to a Saturday or Sunday workout at Windmill and Did a park workout with me once or twice. Congrats & best wishes!!

Looks like we will be having another park WOD at Heritage Park tomorrow at 10am. See www.crossfitbroward.com (wfs) for updates. We may go over some Oly lifts if time allows and people are interested.

Travis-sorry you did not make it....the big guys need some help today! The group is starting to grow and if everyone showed up at the same time we would have around 12 people. I believe next Saturday or Sunday we are planning on having a WOD and then cooking out. You are more than welcome to join us....that goes for anyone as well.
