I just looked outside and noticed the weather as well. I'll ride in the rain if I have to (already out, or going to work) but with the need of a new front tire and waiting to pay for my insurance, I'd rather not risk it.

If it's raining I'm cancelling, if it's a sprinkle or less I'll be there at 11:30. Or, if you've moved to CS this week, we can do it at my place and have some weights involved.

....just talked to him, he's looking around 12-ish. Come on over for the 11:30 work out and we'll run through it. I'll run him through when he gets here.

doing 5x5 shoulder press, push press, push jerk

will probably do deadlifts with Brian as well.

Just talked to Brian again. He's gonna be here before or by 11:30. Want's to stick with the WOD so I'll be running him through deadlifts, we can still do the shoulder work.

Anyone need a Crossfit bar from Pendlay? I ordered Jeremy's bar, but have not received a response from him the last two times I have tried to reach him. I will hold it for him through the rest of this week. If anyone is interested in buying it, send me a PM....it is still in the shipping tube.

Brian, Good pain or bad pain?

I didn't enjoy that workout too much. There was no real plan and I didnt keep track of any of my lifts. I like our metcon workouts better.

YES i still want the bar; if you call my cell leave a msg.. my house ofte nblocks the weak sprint signal.

My vote is generally for metcon workouts as well for the group thing. Especially cause I've started SS on my own.

Anything planned for this sunday?
Anyone interested in a poker game sat night?
