Mounting Rogue Wall Mount to a Brick Wall

I will be opening a new affiliate in January and I already have a 34 foot Rogue wall mount that needs to be mounted to an exterior brick wall at my leased space. I want to make sure the rig doesn't tear away from the wall or damage the brick. Any advice on the best way to mount the rig and brace it would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would definitely speak to a contractor and make sure you are covered in your lease to do that.

Typically a stringer will be used so that it spreads the load and you don't tear anchors out of the wall.

Hope that helps

Bill

I used 2 - 2x10 so I can get into 5 Studs rather then using the 2 on the rack. I would say a Brick wall would be close to the same thing

Re: Mounting Rogue Wall Mount to a Brick Wall

Thanks Everyone, We didn't relish the idea of approaching our new landlord and asking if we could drill through the outside wall of the building (which would have been the only solution after contacting a contractor), so we sucked it up and bought the additional piece from Rogue to make this free-standing. Not what we wanted, but certainly the easiest option. We had considered duct tape---just saw a great lightning deal on Amazon--but our Rogue rep frowned on that.
