I'll tell you right now that your biggest problem is your choice of workout music.

Early arm bend on the second pull too. Keep your arms relaxed, possibly even flex your triceps a bit. "Arms like ropes."

lol, Yeah Alabama radio stations suck. I will try that with the arms though, these lifts are all so new to me.

You are doing a bit of a donkey kick as well as landing kind of wide. Land in your squat stance. Really though I think the most pressing problem is the music

Jumping higher than necessary and kicking your heels backward, like a ****ed-off donkey. Your feet only need to come off the ground enough to reposition them, and should not kick backwards at all.

keeping your toes pulled up is a quick fix for the donkey kick.
