That is it exactly, the decision is made for you, and like i said, when i had to figure it out, one set would suck one would be good. Yea, you will have to make excusses to get on the bar.

Re: A Bears Tale

About the pullup bar, I noticed that too.
I am used to angled handles, and went to a much thicker, straight bar.
Took a little getting used to.

The other thing is you have to make a hard contact with the bar rather than guessing the chest touch or using tape across them both. In all I have about 6 weeks to get ready for the regional now and I mean to carry on from where I left the WOD 3 on Saturday.

C2B pull ups - 14 rounds
HSPU's - 7 rounds

Score - 21

My death by c2b's pr is 15 and HSPU's 7 so happy to combine them and almost hit my PR's.

Hang Power Clean

40k x 10
50k x 10
55k x 10
60k x 7
65k x 4
70k x 2

Practised the quick rotation style until 65k when had to do them individual. ALl with hip ext no musclin.
Awesome job Scott! That is some crazy strength & endurance my friend.

I need to power clean. I never do it unless it comes up on main page. I am lacking.

Thanks Nick, round 8 was the hardest going into it with zero rest from doing 7 HSPU and 7 pull ups.

There you go, answered your question above, I wanted to do some hang power cleans after seeing Richard's smooth 60k ones in the video, will need them now for Sweden.

Thanks Carter, all in all an up and down day, my own fault mostly but got through so got to be positive.

Third in the last wod , lets hope no more close finishes occur in WODs that have rowing at the end, at least with running we see who passes the finish line first, and not whose judge has the quickest fingers.

Is there anyway of getting these photo's for a non-facebook member?

Had to leave for home after the comp finished as Mrs Bear was not feeling well so missed the drinking, the day was a lot of fun with Fergus supplying a lot of it, just still getting annoyed with myself about my stupid idea to hang further over the GHD and to stick with my short rope in the high winds!!
