Wall ball target design

For your wall ball targets did you put a line and the ball has to be above the line or did you make it so the center of the ball has to hit the line? Would a square work and the ball has to be inside the square?

Thanks.

Re: Wall ball target design

Hi, Bill! Kirsten and I were down at Appleton Crossfit 2 weeks ago. They've recently put up tape crosses at 6' and 8' as targets. Tape pieces about 4-6" long. I like that it makes you aim for a specific spot and not just a general area. I think they look a little medical though. Maybe X's would be better.

We'll visit you yet!

Ciao,

Charles
