Westside doesn't work for raw, huh?

Really?

Burley Hawk just totaled over 2,300 lbs raw (900 lbs squat, 615 bench, 800 deadlift). I think Westside might work for raw...

May we please have the link to the OP?

As for raw, was it belt and/or singlet or neither? Either way, impressive.

Westside works, period. Someone in their right mind would undermind that program.

That is amazing! Though I've read up on the westside philosophy in the past and it just looks so confusing. I wouldn't know where to begin with something like that.

Regardless of equipment it is quite the feat. The 2.5m wraps go a long way when they are really cranked on. Its a shame the IPA's raw division allows for wraps. I believe they also allow supportive briefs in raw as well?
