Hit a 180 BS barefoot while just trying to get some BS in last Thursday. Surprising since I dumped a 140 FS the day before and even a 90F S semmed tasking.

Switched to the hook grip and my Power clean went from 165 to 185 in the past few weeks. Hopefully I can get up to 225 by the end of the year, but small steps are needed. I need to work on the first pull

Pressed 200lbs for a triple last night. Gonna get up to bodyweight soon, hopefully.

Last Wed, new 6RM on the Deadlift. 455. So rough. With no gloves too!
No video but it was way more difficult than my 500 1rep joint.

We almost never do heavy thrusters in my box, so my old PR of 145# was from last June. The other day I nailed a 200# thruster in my home gym.
My garage gym (WFS)
CrossFitting since 2/25/13 - Not yet at my best, but better than yesterday.
