I haven't stuck my head in the Westside thread recently. What's going on in there now?

No doubt Westside produces strong people, and has introduced a lot of great stuff, but it's not the be-all-end-all that some of its proponents proclaim it to be, and some of the actual in-sport competition is sus. Say what you want about bending the rules, but my take on it is this: In a match, the first time I hit someone in the groin, it's just going to be a warning. I'm still not going to do it on purpose though, because it's not sporting behaviour. I'd expect the same of squatting high in a meet.
