5'7. Normally walk around at 170-175, but competing at 163 (74kg).

Dave,

When preparing for a powerlifting event, I would typically see my overall conditioning fall to approximately 85% of normal. Within 2-3 weeks of normal training it would return to 100%.

The most recent competition had a few other variables in play and results were not typical. My lungs fell to 85% and my muscle stamina on most movements (but not all) fell to 70%. Looking back, we figured out the issue, so next year I'll be better prepared and expect to see the normal 85%.
