Thanks Shannon. Yeah boy did I feel it, but it felt awesome to know that I gained 10 lbs on a 1RM just from four weeks of Wendler 5/3/1 work.

Yet another result of the Wendler 5/3/1 + CrossFit Endurance Hybridization (w/f/s): today I pulled off a 1RM Deadlift at 320 lbs.

New Overhead Press PR - 130 lbs and first 1RM Push Jerk is 145 lbs.

Deadlift 1RM is now 380 lbs.

Thanks Shannon. I wasn't sure how I got that 380 lbs barbell off the ground but I managed it. Let's hope in a few days when I do my CFT test I'll be able to duplicate the deed.

After having done CFE plus Wendler 5/3/1 since November and Military Athlete for about three months prior to that my CFT is the following as a 170 lbs and 27 year old male standing 5'7.

Squat: 220 lbs, 240 lbs, 260 lbs
Press: 115 lbs, 125 lbs, 135 lbs
Deadlift: 320 lbs, 360 lbs, 380 lbs.

CFT: 775.

Clean and Jerk 1RM of 155 lbs established. New goal is bodyweight (170 lbs) clean and jerk within six months.
