How to measure your improvements and your level
Hi everyone,
i am a new crossfitter from China. i am making effort to introduce CF here, meanwhile learning CF to establish knowledge system. and one question i had met is how can i let data speak to convince more guys to join in. i was wondering there are any method to collect data and what kind of data to prove CF is helping "you". ![]() this forum is amazing, hoping i can learn from you guys. thanks in advance Piero Cai |

Benchmark workouts, lifting maxes whether max weight or max reps, bodyweight progressions like first muscle up or free handstand or max pullups, dips, etc. All are ways to quantify progress in CrossFit. For people looking for weight/fat loss, those are good metrics as well.
