Looking really good. The only comment I have is that the pull seems like it needs to go back torwards you a little more. In the first video you come up and have to step forward. In the second video the bar is too far out in front to rack it on the shoulders. So based on that I'd guess you have a tendancy to pull the bar a touch too far out in front.
This one was kind of informative: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WTok...elated&search= Work/family safe. You had a problem racking the bar on the shoulders with this one. The bar doesn't get where it needs to be until you finished standing up from the clean. Either you need to pull the bar further in towards you or get the elbows around quicker or release a little bit more of your grip. |
