The "Quarter Pounder...With Cheese"

Hey all,

I have done this WOD I made about 5 times now and it is painful! The local track is all you need

WOD: "Quarter Pounder With Cheese (25 lb weighted vest)."

For Time:
1/4 mile (1 lap) Burpees
25 pushups
1/4 mile (1 lap) Bear Crawl
25 pushups
1/4 mile (1 lap) Backwards Sprint
25 pushups
1/4 mile (1 lap) Forward Sprint
25 pushups

Please feel free to go cheese-free the first time

Questions:

How does 1/4 mile burpees work?

And you went around the entire track in a bear crawl?

Apparently it is done a lot like the "burpee mile" is done, except for only 1 lap, not 4.

Yup exactly like the burpee mile. Burpee then broad jump. Never move one foot in front of the other. The only way to move forward is to jump! Sorry I didn't reply to you guys sooner. I have not been on the forums here in a really long time obviously. Yeah the bear crawl is surprisingly the most painful part (I thought it would be the burpees). By the time you get to running backwards, you feel like just falling down and throwing up!

I did a burpee marathon. No big deal. Only took 11 days.
