"True Grit" Partner Competition

Is anyone signed up for the True Grit partner competition this Saturday and Sunday in Hampton, VA?

Just curious.

I think you mean "Team Grit," you goon. "True Grit" competition would involve. shooting 40 outlaws for time.

Option B
15 Kettlebell Goblet Squats 70/53#
10 Burpee box jumps 24/20"

WOD#2:
FOR TIME:
BUY-IN
20 HSPU total for Team
THEN
10-8-6-4-2
Snatch (115/85#)/Bear Crawl to push ups
20-16-12-8-4
Push-ups/Bear Crawl to Snatch area

WOD #3
For Time
200 Double Unders
150 KBS 53/35
100 Ball Slams 20/15#
75 GHD situps
50 Sandbag Getups 80/40#
2500m Row

WOD #4
For distance:
SLAMBALL TOSS 20/15#
