I probably know the answer, but....

Hi all,

I am loving crossfitting and now my rugby has stopped for the Christmas break i'm CF as rx'd rather than 3 days a week and loving it even more.

As i'm still new i'm scaling parts of the WOD i need to and blasting through parts i can manage so i'm managing so far. What i would like to do it to cycle my commute to work (7 miles in each direction), now is there anything that will help me do this along side CF apart from scale more where necessary and keep an eye on rest and recovery?

Many thanks for all who take the time to read this.

Chris, CF is a general physical preparation program. As a GPP program, it's expected your going to do additional work, the bike ride should not be a problem.

If it's fairly low intensity cycling, it will probably help you recover better since it gets the blood flowing to heal your muscles quicker.
