Love this idea of having my own personal thread to track Crossfit WoDs!

FYI (or is it FMI) – started CF in March 2010.Looking forward to tracking my progress here and not having to worry about losing the USB drive that travels with me where I keep my work-out log (already lost one!)

So here it goes….

Just to remind me of where I am starting this from....

Recent WoDs:

Cindy: Scaled back to 15min. Jumping Pull-ups: 7 rounds

As Many Reps as Possible
Overhead Plate Step Ups 45/35# 60:90 x3 18/18/16
Benchpress 135/95# 60:90 x 3 18/16/11
Bodyweight Squat 60:90 x3 30/30/25
Notes: Complete 1 station before moving onto the next, Step-ups done on a 20/18" box.
Total: 182 Rx'd

5 Rounds for time:
5 reps - Sumo High-pulls - 95#
5 reps - Push Press - 70#
5 reps - Ring Rows
10 reps - Sit-ups
Time: 20:27 Rx'd
There is many more, but I will leave it at that....

Rest day today - the 100 deadlifts two days ago and the 60 lunges from yesterday are making this decision for me today!

Its all about JACK today!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 10 reps (scaled 95#)
10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood (scaled 35# dumbell - one pood?)
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box (this one stayed...)

Six Rounds

I am dissapointed, I'm sure I have another gear I could have gone into today!

Crossfit.com WoD Sept. 26, 2010 - continuous pull-ups!

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Five rounds +4!!!!!! As Rx'd

I dont think I've ever done 19 pull-ups in one day, let alone six minutes before!!! Good work me!

Post WoD:

4 sets of 10 75# power cleans (needed to work on my form).
40 push-ups (there were still some dry spots on my t-shirt!)

I earned my weekend today!

95 pound Back squat, 50 reps (Scaled 50 reps, 50#)
15 ft Rope Climb, 5 ascents (Scaled 12 pull-ups)
115 pound Back squat, 40 reps (Scaled 40 reps, 60#)
15 ft Rope Climb, 4 ascents (Scaled 10 pull-ups)
135 pound Back squat, 30 reps (Scaled 30 reps, 70#)
15 ft Rope Climb, 3 ascents (Scaled 8 pull-ups)
155 pound Back squat, 20 reps (Scaled 20 reps, 80#)
15 ft Rope Climb, 2 ascents (Scaled 6 pull-ups)
175 pound Back squat, 10 reps (Scaled 10 reps, 90#)
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent (Scaled 4 pull-ups)

No rope at the gym/ minor “tippy-toe” jumps on some pull-ups…..the days of me doing jumping pull-ups are over!!!!!!!

Time: 22:27

150 squats/40 pull-ups today! Hopefully tomorrow’s Wod is easy on the legs and back!

Resting 60 seconds between sets:
Bench press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Had to use dumbbells for the WoD today....the gym I go to has only one flat bench. And, of course, some is on there spending more time between sets sending text messages than actually.....yo know - WORKING OUT!!!!! And these wankers of course, only do about 1/8th of the motion while loaded up with a house worth of weight! Time to get into a Crossfit gym!

Anyway......weights for today:

40s-40s-45s-50s-50s-55s-55s-65s-75s-85s

Could have got more in today (should have started heavier) so I finished of with

3 sets of each - pull-ups x 5 and Push-ups x 10
