I rarely watch ring routines, but when I do... wow. Iron crosses are awesome to watch. The muscle up was great. But the dismount was his crowning achievement

That is one of my favourite videos. I love how he looks around at the crowd while he holds the cross.

Yeah, I really like the whole routine. Highlights are the dismount, the Olympic cross, and the friggin' ten second iron cross.
