Problem with liquid fats

When we use liquid fats like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, unless we drink them in shots, only some % gets consumed. When I make salads there is always a noticeable layer at the bottom.

Does anyone increase the amount by like 25% to account for this?

Yep, but only in the presence of family. Sometimes a finger swipe works better for deeper bowls and cups. But, I draw the line at licking plates in public places (unless no one is looking of course. )

Re: Problem with liquid fats

Or put more salad in and mix it back up. The day you think the that ur diet is going to be messed up by some more romain lettuce is a sad day indeed.

Or lick ur bowl. And ur friend's bowl.
