Foam Rollers

Can anyone suggest a source for foam rollers? Target is apparently not carrying them, according to their website. Sports Authority has one for $45, wondering if they can be gotten cheaper.

Thanks!

Susie

Re: Foam Rollers

I got one at Dick's for some $30 or so. I just saw one at Target a couple of days ago for about the same price. (?) It's the GoFit brand. If you order online you can get one for less (try performbetter). I only bought mine where I did because I had a gift card and the clothes there don't fit me!

By the way - it (the foam roller) is a great tool.

Re: Foam Rollers

I found mine on ebay for about $8. Then of course I paid $8 shipping. No video but those can be found online for free.

The one I found was 3ft. long and 6" diameter.

Re: Foam Rollers

Duct tape 2 tennis balls together and use as you would a roller. Costs < $10 and easy to find.

.
Susie, maybe it's regional but I just bought a red one at target for roughly $25. I'm getting to roll on it right now.

Re: Foam Rollers

Thanks...maybe I'll just head over to the local store and see...the online Target came up empty. Thanks for the suggestions.

Re: Foam Rollers

Susie, does your new avatar reflect that you have entered the realm of the pullup crew? If so, congratulations. Did you find a roller at Target?

Alas, Wade, it does not. If you look carefully, you can see a diagonal line that looks like a shadow, but is, in reality, the Woody band I was using for an assist.

Believe me, the day I get an unassisted, non-jumping pullup the WHOLE DAMNED WORLD is gonna know about it. Seriously, I intend to throw a party.

Oh, and I'm gonna stop at Target today or tomorrow. I'll let you know.

Susie
