100 Back Squats with 50% of max was enough to land them in the hospital. How's 203 at 135lbs going to work out?
Manion sucked. Not from the squats (that was bad) but the run. Running in 99 degree temps with near 60% humidity=pure hell. That was a sweat fest. The squats were not as bad as I thought. Man, we've done a ton of weighted squats this last week or so.

At some point, everyone needs to grow up and decide that you don't have to do a workout just because it's posted on the internet or on a whiteboard.
